Helping Diverse Gen Z Talent Get Hired
DIVERSE was launched during the COVID-19 pandemic with the mission to help Black, Ethnic-Minority and young people from low-income backgrounds into employment.
We provide impactful free careers education to our community of over 8000 UK young professionals, through events, courses, workshops, podcasts and guides to equip them with the skills necessary to succeed.
Next, we help them find roles with employers focused on diversity, equity and inclusion such as Warner Bros., Discovery, Capital One and UNIDAYS.

#Merky FC Football Careers is the first initiative to come from the newly created #Merky FC programme between adidas and Stormzy - that seeks to create opportunities in leadership positions in the football industry, for the Black community. DIVERSE. steps in to lead the recruitment for the programme and manage the community of exceptional candidates.
